1. Free Trial Program (Product Testing Participants)

If you joined the Free Trial Program and paid only the shipping fee:

• You can enjoy a 1-month trial and share your feedback — then keep the product for FREE!

• If you decide not to continue, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must remain unused and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • The shipping fee covers logistics costs and is not refundable.

2. Standard Purchase (7-Day Risk-Free Trial)

For customers who selected Cash on Delivery (COD):

• You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it — no questions asked.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your product payment will be refunded via bank transfer or PayPal.
• The initial shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
